I'm a Certified & Registered Yoga Teacher and a Bellydance Instructor & Performer.   A Gypsy with a nomadic soul…

I've traveled all over the world….I love to explore other cultures.  I lived in Greece for 3 years, on the island of Crete…in various US States, and then lived in Japan for 5 years.   I've been throughout Europe, North Africa, Egypt, Turkey, Asia, & Central America with more trips to follow…

I have just recovered from having my hip totally replaced with an implant in May of 2006,  and now back to teaching Yoga & Bellydance again. 

Doctors told me that I would never be able to do these again after my surgery.   Luckily, I found 3 others (surgeons) in Texas who believed in me…and did some magic with my new hip (longer implant for strength, extra screws for stability).

I believe the power of one's mind is way stronger than the body and if you 'believe' things can happen, they will. 

My outlook on life has changed:   I laugh more, love more, forgive more, learn more.   I hope to share this with my students, friends, & family.

Rules for Being Human

You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for the entire period of this time.

You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called LIFE. Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant and stupid.

There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial and error experimentation. The “failed” experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately “works”.

A lesson is repeated until it is learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can then go on to the next lesson.

Learning lessons does not end. There is no part of life that does not contain its lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned.

“There” is no better than “here”. When your “there” has become “here”, you will simply obtain another “there” that will, again, look better than “here”.

Others are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.

What you make of life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

Your answers lie inside you. The answers to all of life's questions lie inside you. All you need to do is to look, listen and trust.

You will tend to forget all of this.
